2. Allow access to Calendar and Reminders in the system prompt
3. Pick your preferred reminder time (e.g. 9:30 PM) — retinol nights will then appear in your system calendar automatically

Yes. Tap the "Completed" button at the bottom of the Schedule tab to undo today's check-in. Your history stays intact and the 90-day progress is recalculated.

打开 iPhone「设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅 → RetinolOS → 取消订阅」。取消后当前周期仍可使用完整功能，到期后不再扣费。删除 App 不会取消订阅。

Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RetinolOS → Cancel. You keep full access until the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Yes. Because data is stored locally, deleting the app removes your schedule and check-in history permanently. Events already written to Apple Calendar are not affected.
